we're coming to the end of our second season and the wind-up is accelerating...

we arrived a centriphugal last week to find a new pa! fresh speakers, reconed bass bins and an brand new mixer with a sleek metallic grey finish. and to top it off, it's now in glorious stereo!

delire charged into a complex array of sounds, carved out of laborious hours at the screen, grinding through fresh speakers in a delicious combo of post-industrial sonics occasionally in stark contrast to the harsh shovelling of ice from the bar. some of the bar staff are still getting used to our often beat less forays.

future eater invited us into his winter period, easing us into a fascinating wash of sounds that was reminiscent of the hail showers that bombarded melbourne earlier in the week. occasionally, beats emerged ground through time as if rhythm was a phantom-limb memory for those who forgot to groove in the future.

we have a special evening ahead of us. if you can, get there early... we have a lot to get through and it would be a shame to miss any of it...

dale nason (co-founder of melbourne's infamous 'cyberdada') makes a rare appearance. once described as "a hoon with an amplifier," dale will emerge from public hibernation with chroma's kim bounds, taking us to what could be described as, the future sound of video!

nat, who performed an excellent set last season, joins us once again; and, we'll introduce melbourne to the first winter appearance of the dark ambient operators, the "microware" collaboration between lost_time_accident and future eater.
